OUR NEW PROJECT, THE BOLON HOUSE AT THE CAPE

Today Marie, daddy and myself gathered the hole afternoon with the architect and carpenter team to talk throw our wonderful new investment "the Bolon house". This house is located by the local lake, a 10 minutes drive from the factory. Perfect for hosting our guests on a personal level with the swedish nature and culture.. Couldn't be better, it is a Swedish dream out there.. Here are some photos from today, we will keep the atmosphere and touch but still it needs a totally makeover.

Denmark is our neighbour country, yesterday and today our partner Interstudio visited us to get more information around our latest collection CREATE and a lot more.. Intensive two days with a lot of new inspiration to move on with Bolon in Denmark.

Hi Everyone, BOLON along with other companies is supporting Australand to construct a cubby house for the Undercover Kids Cubby House Challenge 2012.

This charity is supporting the prevention of homelessness amongst the youth of today and providing opportunities for kids to reach their full potential.

'Australand has teamed with Premier Ted Baillieu to design and build "The Birds Nest", an innovative cubby house with an inviting warm glow and cosy internal interactive environment.'

BUILDING OF THE YEAR

This is a great Bolon installation, the portuguese architect Luis Pedra Silva is nominated the prestigefull award "Building of The Year" out from 400 projects it's now only five left, this Bolon installation is one of them, please leave your Bolon vote here

A CREATIVE DREAM ?

First time I was in Dubai I was amazed by the skyscrape architecture and the creativity the world most famous architects achieved down there... Last week Fadia and Helen was in the Middle East to proceed with our presence and developing. Interesting future - time will tell - good work always pay's back sooner or later!

A WARM AND A FAMILY FEELING EVENT

Sarah and Simon, our great UK partners hosted a very nice event last evening at "The Modern Pantry" by The Zetter for the architects who ones been visiting Bolon during the last years, a great initiative. Marie and I spoke about our new collection Create and the collaboration with Jean Nouvel. A warm and personal evening. Thank you Sarah and Simon for spreading the special warm personality feeling around Bolon.

OUR COMING LONDON SHOWROOM

London is a major global city where many architects have their offices, so we need to be more presence here. Finally we find the prefect location in Clerkenwel, the new and trendy design area in London! Marie, Susanne, Ingmar and myself have gone through all details from electricity to interior decoration with Simon, Sarah and the real estate owner. Things are moving forward...
